Policies and Notices
Room cancellations: Room cancelations must be made 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit.
Convention Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations, less $50 handling fee for each registrant if cancellation is made prior to noon July 12th. We cannot accept cancellations after this date. Substitute attendees are accepted. (OTLA members only).
